Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CTRPilot ("Service") at https://ctrpilot.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of service

CTRPilot is a software-as-a-service product that connects to Google Search Console, helps identify pages with CTR improvement potential, provides optional AI-assisted title suggestions, and supports experiment tracking. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid plans.

2. Eligibility and account

  • You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • One person or legal entity may not share accounts in a way that violates plan limits.

3. Google Search Console connection

Connecting GSC requires authorizing CTRPilot with read-only access to search analytics data for properties you own or manage. You represent that you have the right to connect each property. You may disconnect at any time through Settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws
  • Attempt to access other users' data or bypass security controls
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service except as permitted by law
  • Misrepresent CTRPilot outputs as guaranteed ranking or traffic improvements
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission (Agency plans excepted as defined in product terms)

5. No guaranteed results

CTRPilot provides estimates, scores, and suggestions based on available data. We do not guarantee increased clicks, rankings, revenue, or any specific SEO outcome. Opportunity scores and "estimated additional clicks" are illustrative only. Actual results depend on many factors outside our control, including Google algorithm changes, competition, and implementation quality.

6. AI recommendations

AI-generated titles and descriptions are suggestions for your review. You are solely responsible for content you publish on your website. AI outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate for your brand; always verify before use.

7. Plans, billing, and refunds

  • Free and paid plans are described on our Pricing page. Limits (pages, AI usage, experiments, sites) apply per plan.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed in USD through Razorpay on a recurring basis unless cancelled.
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewals until you cancel.
  • Cancellation stops future charges; access continues through the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
  • Refunds are handled case-by-case unless required by applicable consumer protection law.

8. Intellectual property

CTRPilot, including software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your website data and content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Service availability and changes

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable. Beta features may change or be withdrawn without notice.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CTRPILOT AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CTRPilot from claims arising from your use of the Service, your website content, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, pose a security risk, or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (e.g., liability limits) will survive.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer laws require otherwise. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India, where permitted by law.

16. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.
